To add a new offer letter template from scratch, go to Your Account > Account Details go to the Customize & Design section then click on the Offer Letters button.

Once on the Offer Letters page, click the Add a Template button.

Enter a name for your new Offer Letter Template and enter (type in or copy and paste) your offer letter body and then click Save New.

Tip: Save hiring managers time by inserting any of the field names listed on the right hand side of the Offer Letters page into your offer letter template. The field names will populate when you create a new offer letter to send to an applicant. They must be entered exactly as they appear. You can copy and paste them right into the template in order to make sure you've gotten the right formatting.
